Begin your scenic drive to the world-famous Kaziranga National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to the largest population of the One-Horned Rhinoceros. Kaziranga Wildlife Safari Experience
Early morning proceed for the famous Elephant Safari inside Kaziranga National Park. Kaziranga – Shillong (Scotland of the East)
After breakfast check out and begin the journey towards Shillong, the charming hill station and capital of Meghalaya. The drive offers beautiful views of hills, forests and waterfalls. On the way stop at the scenic Umiam Lake, also known as Barapani Lake. This massive reservoir surrounded by hills is one of the most beautiful lakes in Northeast India. Guests can enjoy photography, take a short walk by the lakeside and experience the cool mountain breeze. Continue your journey to Shillong. Arrival Shillong. Check-in at hotel. Relax and refresh. Shillong – Cherrapunji Waterfalls & Caves
After breakfast drive towards Cherrapunji, locally known as Sohra. Cherrapunji is famous for its dramatic cliffs, waterfalls and mist-covered valleys. First stop: Visit the breathtaking Mawkdok Dympep Valley Viewpoint where guests can enjoy panoramic views of deep valleys and lush green hills. Continue sightseeing to explore several spectacular waterfalls: Lyngksiar Falls, Prut Falls, Wei Sawdong Falls – one of Meghalaya’s most beautiful tiered waterfalls. Next visit Mawsmai Cave, a natural limestone cave with impressive rock formations and narrow passages. Continue sightseeing: Seven Sisters Falls, Nohkalikai Falls – the tallest plunge waterfall in India. Cherrapunji – Mawlynnong – Dawki
After breakfast drive towards Mawlynnong Village, internationally known as Asia’s Cleanest Village. The village is famous for its eco-friendly lifestyle and beautiful surroundings. Activities include: Walking through the clean village pathways, Visit the Living Root Bridge, Climb the Bamboo Sky Walk for panoramic views of Bangladesh plains. After exploring Mawlynnong proceed towards Dawki near the India-Bangladesh border. Visit the crystal clear Umngot River. Dawki – Krang Suri – Phe Phe Falls – Laitlum Canyon – Shillong
After breakfast begin your scenic journey back towards Shillong. On the way explore some of the most beautiful hidden waterfalls in Meghalaya. Visit: Krang Suri Falls, one of the most stunning waterfalls in Meghalaya known for its turquoise blue water and natural swimming pool. Next visit the remote and scenic Phe Phe Falls, located deep within the forests. Continue your drive to Laitlum Canyon, one of the most spectacular viewpoints in Meghalaya. Shillong – Guwahati Drop
